I have the right to refuse a commission if:
I feel uncomfortable with the subject

PAYMENTS & slots
I receive payment via PAYPAL and GCASH for local payments.Currency accepted is USD and PHP
Payment upfront is required before I start any workCommissions can either be paid:
100% or split 50% UPFRONT and remaining 50% after approval of sketchNOTE:

PROCESS & DELIVERY
Estimated turn over time is negotiable but only at the beginning of the commission process

I work best when given some artistic freedom. I will still gladly match a scene, image or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.As my art is also evolving and changing please expect that there will be differences from the examples and the illustrations to be received upon completion.I don't draw everything exactly like on the reference sheet or the pose reference you will provide me. I can change slight details, if I feel it will look better in my style or in that pose.
revisions
Three edits rule:
- Three (3) edits are permitted to any commission after the sketching process.
- More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Additional Fees for:
- Changes in the final drawing
- Changing something in the drawing you have previously approved
- Unclear and Vague references to start withThe amount of extra charge depends on:
How much is needed to be changed and is usually based on an hourly wage
REFUND POLICY
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A COMMISSION ANYTIME WHEN:
I am unable to finish due to any circumstances that does
not contribute to the progress of the commission.No refunds will be given to Client when:
1. I already started working on the commission
2. Commission is nearly completed or is completedFull Refund will only be given when no work has been done
(when either Artist or Client initiates cancellation)Partial Refund will be based on the latest phase of work done
(ONLY when Artist initiates cancellation)

PAYPAL SPECIFIC:If you are getting a refund:
Do not request Paypal chargeback
I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point
when you were not allowed to ask for a refund:
You will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.
I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations inwhich we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
You will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
Your identity will be shared to the art community for safety.
I have the full right to resell or use the artwork and file a complaint against you and receive full payment
copyright and usage rights
PERSONAL USE:
Commissions here can be posted online and displayed on social media with credits
(only for promotional purposes with no direct monetization)
COMMERCIAL USE: NOT AVAILABLE
Commissions that are aimed to create any merchandize or promotional materials in a profitable way ( both Digital or Physical Form)Additional Fee for commercial use is 50-70% on top of the total commission price
I, THE ARTIST:
Retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork
Will NOT CLAIM the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still your, etc.)
Will not profit from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
YOU, THE CLIENT:
May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
May not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
May not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
May not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
If you break or disregard any condition in my terms in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted as it is considered Copyright infringement which is as follows:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
